Le Tilleul enjoys a south facing aspect with spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and is one of six holiday cottages sharing the large grounds, swimming pool and tennis court. 

The property is a 150 year old farm cottage which has been sympathetically restored, retaining many original features including a large stone fireplace on the ground floor and exposed oak timbers in every room.

The pretty village of Vanxains is less than a mile away and has a boulangerie, bar, shop and post office. The holiday cottage is under 10 minutes drive from the market town of Riberac, and only 15 minutes from Aubeterre - officially one of the most picturesque villages of France.  Both of these provide a wide range of cafes and restaurants and there are also a number of good places to eat in nearby hamlets and villages.
